Our story

Comodule set out to be about empowering emissionless transport. Our DNA is embedded in the excitement for engineering and building cutting edge solutions for light electric vehicles.

The core team of the company was formed by its founders, first working together in the Student Electric Formula program. The team was characterized as ‘talented people working together in a rapidly changing and exciting environment, to build a world class electric racing car’. Realizing they had a broader value to offer to the world, the team started to follow their own path in developing emissionless vehicles.

With its identity and initial team in place, Comodule was born and set out to be the nr.1 IoT and connectivity provider for e-bike companies. Four years later, Comodule provided IoT solutions for all light electric vehicles, including e-scooters and e-bikes.

Although Comodule is still relatively young, we have already established great relations with the biggest LEV industry manufacturers and fleet operators in the world. Comodule is the pioneer light electric vehicle connectivity. Now, more than 650 000 vehicles worldwide are connected by Comodule. 

Comodule’s ambition is to build an undertaking that would have a bigger impact on enabling and empowering the “new vehicle movement”. Comodule’s goal is not only to offer the best IoT solutions for e-bikes and e-scooters, but to offer a full electric vehicle system with the layer of Connectivity as a Service.
