ASI and Comodule partner to provide the most bespoke e-bike systems

Comodule x ASI

Building an e-bike can be complex, given the number of components that must work together. To simplify the process of creating advanced e-bikes and e-scooters, Comodule and Accelerated Systems Inc. (ASI) – an established e-bike systems provider – have partnered to provide integrated and reliable solutions that leverage both teams’ technical expertise and compatibility.

E-bike controller and connectivity system work together as one

The partnership allows for seamless integration between ASI's controllers and Comodule's connectivity solutions, giving micromobility companies access to a variety of connectivity features and ensuring that different bike components work together seamlessly and efficiently.

ASI eMobility controllers (BAC355, BAC555, BAC855) are compatible with two of Comodule’s connectivity solutions: Guardian for entry-level IoT features and Master for a more advanced connectivity solution.

Integrating Guardian IoT into your ASI-controlled vehicle enhances its security. GPS tracking and movement notifications can be sent to riders' phones if the vehicle is tampered with, allowing them to stay immediately informed and secure with this added layer of protection. Guardian works in conjunction with the Comodule Companion App, which allows riders to view the vehicle's location, speed, and distance, as well as set navigation routes. The Companion App also serves as a direct communication channel for bike brands to offer support to riders.

Comodule's Master solution offers a more advanced connectivity system than the Guardian, as it not only provides the same features but also offers deep integration with the drivetrain. This allows for greater control of the vehicle and direct access to drivetrain data.
