Tomorrow’s mobility is digital and connected
Riese & Müller’s RX Connect is the digital extension of the e-bike, making the most out of the riding experience, providing individual support and information about the user’s e-bikes. The digital services are being constantly extended to ensure the very best ‘Rider Experience’ (abbreviated to RX).
RX Connect app enables riders to use smart security features such as:
GPS tracking
Digital lock & Movement alerts
Sound alarm & Light flashing
Locking and unlocking the ILOCKIT smart frame lock via RX Connect app.
Seamless experience
Riese & Müller concentrates on creating a seamless digital experience for their riders in one app. The RX Connect app acts as an extended bike control for cyclists and as a communication channel between Riese & Müller and their customers.
The IoT integration is set up with Comodule API tools that establishes seamless connection between Comodule hardware, R&M software and the users (RX Connect App).
